Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tatara Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Tatara Labs ("we," "us"), collects and uses information through tataralabs.io (the "Site").
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you request a Snapshot, we collect your name, company, website, phone number, email address, and city.
- Technical details sent with the form. Your browser's user agent, your approximate country, and the time of the request.
- Spam protection. To limit repeated submissions, we use a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address for this purpose, and the hash is not linked to your form entries.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.
How we use it
- To prepare your Snapshot and contact you about it by phone, text, or email.
- To provide and bill for services you buy from us.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and understand overall traffic.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site, stores form submissions, provides spam protection and analytics.
- Proton — delivers form submissions to our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep Snapshot requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as needed for our agreement and legal obligations.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or ask us by email, and we'll stop contacting you.
- Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We'll respond within 45 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
